Every component was specified for efficiency, longevity, and compliance with aged care facility standards. We managed all pipework, insulation, condensate systems, and associated fittings in-house — one team, no trade handoffs, no delays.
Complex Scope, Seamless Delivery
The project required crane and cherry picker access for plant installation, full pipe insulation throughout the plantroom, and commissioning of the Tesselex control system. Our team worked across several weeks, coordinating tightly with facility management to ensure zero impact on residents. Every JSA was completed, every compliance requirement met.
